Plans & Allowances
We work with you on a floor plan that fits your lot and life. You'll see itemized allowances for cabinets, flooring, fixtures — no mystery line items.
Permits & Site Prep
We handle county permits, soil testing, well and septic if needed. Driveway in, foundation poured, ready to frame.
Framing to Finish
Frame, roof, windows, mechanicals, drywall, trim, paint. Weekly walkthroughs so you see every decision. Our same crews from start to finish.
Walk-Through & Keys
Final punch list with you, then a thorough orientation to your new home's systems. Two-year warranty starts the day you move in.
